First Crossfit Mentoring Session a Success

Thanks to a grant from National PAL, we were able to host a 15 session crossfit workout this summer, followed by a mentorship lesson focusing on healthy habits and positive attitudes. These sessions, presented to 12 kids from Moorhead, offered our officers a chance to get to know these kids on a personal level. We thank EHP, National PAL and the Awesome Foundation of Cass-Clay for their generosity in helping this happen.
