Safety Patrol Appreciation
Moorhead PAL helped MPD officers thank the four elementary school safety patrols for their hard work this harsh winter. Each student was rewarded with a Sandy's donut and hot chocolate after the morning shift on February 12th. All of the 200 student volunteers were issued a certificate of appreciation from Chief Shannon Monroe.
