First Shop-with-a-Cop event in Moorhead a success

On December 5th, 2018, Moorhead PAL was honored to take nine area kids shopping for holiday gifts for them and their families. After spending some time looking at some things the kids would like, the Officers helped them buy things for their family. Moorhead Police Volunteers provided a gift wrapping station and Target provided cookies and hot cocoa. While they kids were wrapping and eating, the officers snuck back to buy gifts for the kids based on what they pointed out earlier. The Police Volunteers then wrapped those gifts before they were presented to the kids, with orders to wait until Christmas morning to open them! Thanks to the officers, the volunteers, Target and Affinity Plus for making this night possible.
